Dry brushing has been practiced by many different cultures for centuries as a form of physical and spiritual hygiene. Dry brushing exfoliates the skin and aids with circulation and lymphatic drainage. It is best done before showering, while your skin is still dry. Starting at your ankles and wrists, brush in an inward motion towards the heart.

Each brush is 6” long, made with tampico fiber (ixtle) and waxed linen thread.

To clean, use a spritz of thieves oil and bake in the sun. Brushes can also be trimmed with scissors as needed.
